Privacy notice

Who we are

This website, aihustlegeneration.com, is run by BK Han (Coach BK Han), an individual based in Singapore who works as an AI Innovation Coach. AI Hustle Generation is the name he uses for his training work; it is not a separately registered business. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) when we collect, use and disclose personal data.

What we collect

Enquiry emails. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and anything you write.
Artwork enquiries. Your name, email, country and, optionally, phone number, plus verification documents from anyone who offers to buy; see the artwork section below.
Bookings and events. “Book a call” links open Calendly, and event links open Luma. These services collect your registration details under their own policies and share them with us so we can run the call or event.
Technical data. Our host’s servers keep standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested), kept by our host, Hostinger, under its standard retention. Most pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google. Embedded videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only when you press play.

Why we use it

To answer your questions and arrange calls, classes, events or mentoring you ask about.
For the artwork listing: to keep you updated on changes to the listing you enquired about, run our identity, source-of-funds and sanctions checks, prepare the sale agreement and complete the sale.
To share student stories, with permission (see below).
To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask. Updates about the artwork go only to people who enquired and are factual, not promotional. We will not send marketing calls, texts or messages to a Singapore number unless you have given clear and unambiguous consent, or we have checked the Do Not Call Registry.

Artwork enquiries (aihustlegeneration.com/ai-art/)

If you register interest in the artwork, we collect your name, email address, country and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We use these only to reply to your enquiry, to tell you about any change to the listing or terms before you proceed, and to manage any offer you make. If you make an offer, we (or an appointed gallery named on the listing page) will also collect identity, ownership and source-of-funds information and screen it against sanctions lists. We will not use your details for marketing or add you to any newsletter unless you separately opt in. We delete enquiry details a year after we were last in touch with you. Information from identity checks is kept for 5 years after the sale or the end of talks, as our policy, or longer where the law requires (for example, tax records). You can ask us to remove you from the enquiry list at any time, within 10 business days, by emailing bk@aihustlegeneration.com. If you do, we won’t be able to tell you about changes.

Student testimonials

Student stories are shared with each student’s permission. They provided their comments and agreed to our use of their name, photo, quote and profile link. To have a story removed, email bk@aihustlegeneration.com.

Consent and withdrawal

When you contact us, you are deemed to consent to our use of your details for the purposes above. Before we collect identity documents for an artwork offer, we will ask for your express consent at that step. You may withdraw consent whenever you wish by emailing us. We will stop using your data for those purposes within 10 business days and tell you of any effect, for example that we can no longer progress a sale. We may keep records we need for legal or tax reasons.

Access and correction

You can ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used in the past year, and ask us to correct it. We aim to respond within 30 days; if we need longer, we will tell you within those 30 days when we will reply. When we correct your data, we will also pass the correction to organisations we disclosed it to in the past year, where needed. Access requests are free.

How long we keep it

General enquiry emails are kept for 24 months after our last contact, unless you are still a student or client, in which case we keep the record while that relationship lasts. Artwork enquiry and verification periods are set out in the artwork section above. After those periods, we delete or anonymise the data.

Sharing and overseas transfer

We share personal data only as needed with these service providers:

Google, for email (Gmail) and web fonts
Our web host, Hostinger
Calendly, for call bookings
Luma, for event registration
LinkedIn, which runs our newsletter and handles subscriber data
Whoever carries out identity checks on artwork buyers: BK Han or an appointed gallery or provider, named before any offer is accepted
An appointed art gallery, if the listing page names one

Some of these providers store data outside Singapore, for example in the United States. Where data leaves Singapore, we rely on the providers’ standard contractual terms or data processing agreements so it receives protection comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data to the authorities where the law requires.

Cookies

This site sets no non-essential cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Google Fonts and our host do not set cookies for us. If you press play on a video, YouTube may store data under Google’s policy. We currently use no analytics; before we add any, we will update this notice and add a consent banner.

Data breaches

If a data breach happens, we will assess it promptly. If it is notifiable, we will tell the Personal Data Protection Commission within 3 calendar days of making that assessment, and tell affected individuals where required.

Keeping it secure

We use reasonable security arrangements, such as access-controlled accounts, and we share data only with people who need it.

Children

Our services and the artwork sale are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without a parent’s consent. Artwork buyers must be 18 or older.

Links to other sites

Calendly, Luma, LinkedIn, YouTube and other sites we link to have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of Singapore.
