Training at scale, long before AI
Training large groups is not new to BK. In 2020 he trained 130,000 live streamers in China, teaching them to present, sell and build an audience on camera. That experience shaped how he designs AI training today: short steps, quick wins and plenty of practice.
His earlier career gave him the operational side. Across nearly 30 years in civil engineering and real estate development, including as COO of Guangzhou township developments that grew to over 15,000 people, he learnt to turn complex processes into standard procedures that a team can follow.

I Am Ai Bootcamp
Since its first session on 22 June 2024 at TripleOne Somerset, BK’s full-day I Am Ai Bootcamp has run 50+ sessions for 1,500+ participants. Indonesia’s Leaders.ID has visited twice: 66 participants in 2024, and 25 young leaders from its Learn & Lead 5.0 programme (youngest aged 14) at Bootcamp #39 on 17 July 2025.
What the training covers
Each programme is built around frameworks rather than a single app, so the skills still hold when the tools change:
- DINO (Detail, Intent, Needs, Output) teaches learners to brief an AI clearly, much like briefing a new team member.
- BMM (Business, Market, Monetisation) helps participants pick AI projects that pay off commercially.
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) shows how to get your expertise cited by AI answer engines.
- One Man Army trains solo operators to run with AI agents and written SOPs.
Sessions use the tools his students actually work with, such as Gemini, Claude and Canva. He became a Top 1% Creator in Canva in 2024, so design-led AI work is a regular part of the training.
Training the trainers
A number of his students now teach AI themselves. Basic AI trainers, NLP coaches, children's enrichment trainers and language teachers have used what they learnt to build their own materials and guide their own beginners.
That is a deliberate outcome. When a learner understands why a prompt works, not just which words to copy, they can explain it to a classroom of their own.
Live, not pre-recorded
Most of his training happens live, on Zoom or in person in Singapore, and is listed on Luma. Live sessions mean participants can share their screen, ask about their own case and see a fix happen in real time. A free SKOOL community and the AI Hustle Generation YouTube channel support learning between sessions.
